Zuora: FinTech company website, including home and product pages
As part of a brand refresh, I wrote new copy for this company's overall website. As I got up to speed with the organization, its vibe, and its initiatives, it was simultaneously working to redefine them, so this product required a lot of flexibility and pivoting. I learned a lot.
It was really satisfying to work with designers on elements that often aren't part of a writer's perview. Deciding where buttons and links would go on each page challenged my approach to copy creation and made the results much more interesting.
The sheer amount of content a website requires is really daunting without a good plan. I worked with the client on organizational strategy at every level--from tabs to pages to sections--in order to create a hierarchy that made sense to stakeholders as well as organic traffic.
